Job Description: CST50 Megaformer Instructor
Location: Darien, CT

CST50 is the original and only lagree Megaformer studio in Darien, CT. We focus on form, connection, and grit.
As a CST50 Instructor, you aren't a "corporate trainer" following a script. You are a Creative Lead empowered to design your own routines that challenge our growth clients while honoring the "Heritage" clients who have been with us since 2013.
Instructor Duties & Responsibilities
Mastery of Form: Deliver a rigorous 50-minute Lagree Megaformer workout with an uncompromising focus on slow, controlled movement. Provide expert technical modifications that maintain the high-level standards our loyal community expects.
Creative Autonomy: Design and execute original, high-intensity, low-impact workouts that keep the experience fresh and interesting for loyal client base.
Culture: Foster an inclusive, "community-led" environment that is an approachable no judgement community.
Reliability: Commit to a consistent schedule, particularly our high-demand early morning and evening sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Certification: Lagree Method Certified. Current CPR/AED certification required.
• The Vibe: You are direct and witty. You value strength and hard work and know how to build a killer workout and playlist.
• Experience: You have a deep passion for the Lagree method and the ability to lead a room with presence and authority.
• Availability: Must be able to work a mix of early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts to support our growing community.
CST50 Studio Manager (Part-Time, ~5 Hours/Week)
Location: Darien, CT

CST50 is Darien’s original Megaformer studio—built on work ethic, sustained by community. We’re a premium, community-driven, anti-chain fitness studio focused on form, strength, and connection.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Studio Manager to support day-to-day operations and help deliver a seamless, welcoming client experience. This is a light but high-impact role (~5 hours/week).
Responsibilities
Oversee studio operations and ensure smooth day-to-day flow
Manage scheduling, instructor coverage, and basic admin
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated studio environment
Support client communication and ensure a great experience
Assist with memberships, class fill, and retention efforts
Act as a point person for instructors and staff
Who You Are
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Warm, personable, and community-focused
Proactive and able to manage tasks independently
Interest in fitness/wellness (experience a plus)

CST50 Marketing & Social Media Manager (Part-Time, ~5 Hours/Week)
Location: Darien, CT (some on-site content capture required)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing & Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and grow our community. This is a flexible, high-impact role (~5 hours/week).
Responsibilities
Support social strategy and optimize Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Plan and capture content during periodic on-site shoots
Create and publish 4–6 reels/month + weekly posts/stories
Manage engagement (DMs, comments) and support community growth
Help drive brand awareness, retention, and class fill
Who You Are
Creative with a strong eye for content and brand
Organized and proactive
Comfortable shooting/editing short-form video
Interested in fitness/wellness
