CST50. The Original. Since 2013.

CST50 was originally founded by Felice Marcy and Annabel Marisca. Together, Felice and Annabel co-created CST50 with a shared vision: to offer an intense, transformative Megaformer workout within a supportive, community-driven environment. When Annabel passed in 2024, her vibrant spirit remained woven into the heart of CST50. Felice chose to continue their dream, carrying the studio forward with the same passion, intention, and love that began it.

Felice Marcy

Felice grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut, where she started teaching group fitness classes in high school. Her passion for movement continued at the University of Michigan and beyond, leading her to teach in California, New York, and Connecticut at renowned studios and athletic clubs including 24 Hour Fitness, NYHRC, Crunch, Go Figure, and Flywheel.

Alongside her fitness career, Felice built a strong professional foundation in finance, holding positions at Goldman Sachs, Friedman Billings Ramsey, and Advent Software. Ultimately, she combined her financial background with her lifelong love of fitness to bring the innovative Megaformer method to Darien.

Today, Felice is committed to delivering effective, challenging, and accessible workouts to her community. She currently lives in Darien with her husband and two sons, continuing to honor CST50’s roots while shaping its future.
